2021 4^th International Conference on Civil, Architecture, Hydropower and Engineering Management (CAHEM 2021) will be held on October 30 - November 1, 2021 in Kunming, China. 

The conference is hosted by Kunming University of Science and Technology Oxbridge College and State Key Laboratory of Structural Dynamics of Bridge Engineering, organized by China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd., Civil and Architecture Society of Yunnan and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, co-organized by South China University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Chongqing Jiaotong University, North China University of Technology, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Dalian Jiaotong University, and strategically supported by Baidu Academic. 

In order to strengthen academic exchanges, formerly known as "International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Engineering Management", the full name of this conference now is changed to "2021 4^th International Conference on Civil, Architecture, Hydropower and Engineering Management". The conference aims at providing a platform for experts and scholars engaged in civil engineering, construction engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, and engineering management to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements.

All accepted full papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing.
